Family members of EEA citizens who are eligible/have applied under the EU Settlement Scheme - FULLY BOOKED

Hosted by Newfields Law, this will be an online workshop via Zoom where we will look at the Rules and accompanying guidance, discuss case studies and some of the challenges faced by applicants and the advisers who support them through the application process.

This session will enable discussion about the following:

  • Overview of the EU Settlement Scheme
  • Making applications under the EU Settlement Scheme
  • Continuous qualifying period and permitted absences
  • Other family members who are eligible to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL– those who are advising students on the EUSS.
