What is a Primary Contact?
Each member organisation has one Primary Contact, who is the main point of contact over membership issues and to whom we send the following on an annual cycle:
- April/May: details of Board of Trustees elections
- July/August: membership renewal notices
- September/October: membership renewal notices, membership renewal invoices (unless you ask us to send these to your Finance Office instead)
It is important we have an up-to-date contact for your institution or students' union. Please get in touch if you're unsure who your primary contact is, or if the primary contact needs changing. Please email us email@example.com
