Primary Contacts

What is a Primary Contact?

Each member organisation has one Primary Contact, who is the main point of contact over membership issues and to whom we send the following on an annual cycle:

  • April/May: details of Board of Trustees elections
  • July/August: membership renewal notices
  • September/October: membership renewal notices, membership renewal invoices (unless you ask us to send these to your Finance Office instead)
