What is a Primary Contact?

Each member organisation has one Primary Contact, who is the main point of contact over membership issues and to whom we send the following on an annual cycle:

  • April/May: Annual Conference details, details of Board of Trustees elections
  • July/August: our Annual Review, Training and Resources brochure (online)
  • November/December: membership renewal reminders and invoices (unless you ask us to send these to your Finance Office instead)

It is important we have an up-to-date contact for your institution or students' union. If you're unsure who yours is, then have a look at 'My Profile' and then 'edit my details', or please get in touch.​
