HE England home fees: changes to British Overseas Territories and Chagossian descent category information

UKCISA has updated its information about the requirements you need to meet if you want to pay ‘home’ fees on the basis of:
• Residence in British overseas territories
• British Citizen of Chagossian descent
The information for these two categories now shows that if fees are being assessed for the first year of the course, certain requirements need to be met on the day the first term actually begins (rather than a standardised date such as 1 September). This reflects the policy intention of the Department for Education.
