AISA Session: Staying positive towards others

AISA have arranged a CPD session with external trainer Ash Charlton from Ace Training courses. This follows excellent feedback from Ash’s previous sessions for AISA.

In this session, you will look at how to increase positivity and kindness in attitudes to ourselves as well as colleagues and students. You’ll learn about negative and positive stroke economies, how these influence your mood, the value of negativity and how to develop positive stories.
