Committees

Our Board of Trustees consists of

• nine elected members
• six members co-opted by the Board to ensure an appropriate balance of skills, interest groups and expertise.
• The Chair of the Board and the Honorary Treasurer

Several sector and representative bodies have observer status to ensure close collaboration with bodies with similar aims and interests and key stakeholders.

The Board, Finance and General Purposes and Services and Representation committees meet two to four times each year to agree overall strategy, financial and staffing issues and UKCISA's position on key aspects of government, sector and membership policy. The current membership is listed below
