Note that not all parties stand for election in every country of the UK, although they can all send members of Parliament (MPs) to Westminster. For example, you can vote for Plaid Cymru only in Wales, for the Scottish National Party only in Scotland, and for the Alliance Party, the Democratic Unionist Party and Sinn Féin only in Northern Ireland.
