Graduate route: post-study work is back

The aim of this session is to understand the Immigration Rules implementing the new Graduate route and to identify questions that may be answered by guidance or that will need to be raised with the Home Office.

By the end of the session, attendees will:

  • know which students are eligible to apply under the scheme
  • understand the work and other activities that Graduates may and may not do
  • be able to identify which graduates can have dependants with them in the UK
  • have had a chance to consider and discuss the role of the institution in the scheme.

The new post-study work Graduate route comes into force on 1 July. Attend this interactive session to learn more about who will benefit from the route and how to interpret the Immigration Rules that implement it. We aim to explore how you and your graduates can make the most of the scheme, and we look forward to hearing your views and plans.
