Wednesday 28 June

Cream Tea, 4.15-5.45pm: 1st serving at 4.15pm and 2nd serving at 5pm
+ Check in to accommodation

 

This is time for you to check in to your accommodation and enjoy a Devon cream tea. There will be two servings in The Forum allowing half of you to check in first at Holland Hall Dining Room then return for cream tea second and half of you to have cream tea first, check in second. What will your priority be?

Drinks Reception, 6.45-7.30pm

Drinks reception sponsored by AISA and ICN in the Forum.

BBQ, 7.30-9.30pm

Barbeque on the terrace outside Holland Hall. Don’t worry, vegetarians and special diets will be catered for! Following the BBQ, delegates can relax in the bar at Holland Hall.

The bar at Holland Hall will close at 10.30pm.


 

 

Thursday 29 June

Early morning walk with Jim Price, 8-8.45am

Jim Price, Student Immigration Services Manager at the University of Exeter will lead a guided walk in the beautiful campus grounds. Places are limited.

Mindfulness with Stephen Davies, 12.30-1.15pm

Take a break mid-conference to relax and recharge your batteries with a guided mindfulness meditation commentary with Stephen Davies. Stephen is International Student Adviser at Oxford Brookes University and a qualified meditation teacher. No previous experience necessary, no special clothing requirements, just sit back and be guided into a state of effortless relaxation!  Places are limited.

Conference Dinner, 7.30-9.30pm

Gala Dinner in the Great Hall sponsored by IDP

Music & Dancing, 9.30pm-Midnight

Live music and dancing. Those who prefer a quiet chat can sit outside the Hall or in a space set aside in the Terrace restaurant, next to the Great Hall.


 

 

Friday 30 June

Yoga with Alison Barty, 7-8am

Yoga with experienced yoga teacher and counsellor at SOAS, Alison Barty in The Studio at The Sports Park.  Yoga mats will be provided. Places are limited.
