Sources of regularly published data on international students in the UK

You can find some quick summaries of international student statistics linked via the right-hand menu on this page, but UKCISA does not collect or process international student data, so if you have a query about anything more detailed please check the websites and publications of the following organisations:

• The Higher Education Statistics Agency - For comprehensive higher education data
• Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) - For application and acceptance data for UK HE undergraduate courses
• The Home Office - for statistics on student visas
• IPPR, and the Migration Observatory at the University of Oxford), two independent thinktanks which regularly publish analyses of student visa data
• British Council's Services for International Higher Education Marketing - (available to SIHE subscribers only)
